Post 16 Entry Requirements

The entry requirements for All Saints Sixth Form are the same as the requirements for all school sixth forms in Sheffield.

Students must meet a minimum entry requirement for entry to the sixth form:
- For AS/A2/BTEC (level 3) courses the minimum entry requirement is normally 5 or more A*-C grades at GCSE, including a grade C in English Language.

A further minimum requirement is set by each school in terms of the required subject grade for specific courses. These may differ from school to school or college and are meant to indicate the kind of performance at GCSE which is required to be successful in the post 16 course being applied for. Each school/college requirement is set out in their prospectus.

In the event of over subscription for any particular school, eligible students are selected for the places following the criteria set out in the admissions policy and then based upon distance from home to school measured in a straight line.
